When does FEMP review applications for admittance into the program?

The process is ongoing throughout the academic year. There is no specific date that applications are reviewed.

When do I need to complete a plan of study?

A plan of study must be completed and accepted by the Graduate College before completion of the 17 th hour of coursework.

How long do I have to complete the MS FEMA Degree?  

All coursework must be completed within 7 years.

How many credits do I have to take the semester I graduate?  

Graduate students must be enrolled in 2 credits of coursework the semester of Graduation.

What is the best way to enroll for classes?  

The best way to enroll for FEMP classes is via the OSU SIS System located at www.okstate.edu

How do I register for classes if they are closed or if a signature from an instructor is needed?

If you need to enroll for a class that requires department permission, email the FEMP department at osu-femp@okstate.edu and we will be pleased to assist you.

When does enrollment begin for each semester?

Each semester has its own enrollment start and end dates. Go to the Registrar’s website at http://www.okstate.edu/registrar. Click on academic calendar and select the semester you are seeking information for.

How do I enroll in the Academic Common Market?

The Academic Common Market is a way for Out-of-state students to receive In-State Tuition. Go to the financial aid section of this website for more information about the Academic Common Market.

Students should make sure they are accepted into the Academic Common Market prior to enrolling in classes otherwise you may be charged Out-of-State Tuition.

How can I check the status of my Graduate College Application?

Go to the Graduate College Website located at http://gradcollege.okstate.edu and click on the link titled ‘Application Status’ at the bottom of the page.
