Fire and Emergency Management Administration Program is designed to provide a sound educational foundation for those who are currently serving or aspire to serve as managers or administrators in fire services or emergency management. FEMP is NOT a distance program, but has options that allow students to complete their degree with limited attendance during one week long seminars on the Stillwater campus. FEMP is proud to offer both a MS in Fire and Emergency Management Administration as well as a PhD in Fire and Emergency Management Administration.
